I am an alcoholic who has been sober for many years & I owe it all to Alcoholics Anonymous. I learned in AA that I had a disease but there was a solution. I didn’t choose to be an alcoholic but it was my responsibility to do something about it. AA is full of tools on “HOW TO STAY SOBER & ENJOY SOBRIETY”. I learned it is normal to feel panicky that I can never drink safely again but AA has taught me how to enjoy sobriety.
