TRUE STORY :LIVING RECOVERY L.A.R ANONYMOUS

I joined Al-Anon many years ago after seeing great results other family members achieved after attending
Al-Anon. Their eyes were clear, they were peaceful, they weren’t so angry, and they were smiling. I had no idea how many family members were suffering from the disease of Alcoholism or any other addiction.
In Al-Anon I learned I didn’t cause it, I can’t control it & I can’t cure it. I learned many new skills and was able to apply them to many aspects of my life without “guilt”.
If there is a problem with alcoholism (or other addictions) in your family or former family I strongly suggest you try Al-Anon. It’s free!
