Support the Chilliwack Alano Club
About Us
For more than 70 years, starting in the early 1950s, the Chilliwack Alano Club has been a steady source of hope and recovery in our community. Located at 46035 Victoria Avenue, our club offers a safe, alcohol-free, and drug-free space where people in recovery can meet, connect, and support each other.
As a non-profit recovery social club, we host daily 12-step meetings, including Alcoholics Anonymous and other fellowships. We provide a warm, welcoming place for fellowship and conversation, and we offer recovery materials such as books, medallions, and sobriety chips.
Thousands of visits are made to our club every month, and for many people, it feels like a second home during their recovery journey. We also reach out into the community with hospital and in-home visits, referrals to local services, and family-friendly events that help build stronger connections.
Why Your Donation Matters
Addiction affects many individuals and families in Chilliwack and beyond, but recovery is possible when people have steady support. The Alano Club plays an important role by offering a consistent, judgment-free place to spend time, share experiences, and build healthy friendships, all of which help people stay sober for the long term.
We are fully self-supported through membership fees, fundraising events, and caring donors like you. Your contribution helps us pay for day-to-day operating costs, including building repairs, staff wages, utilities, and program supplies. As needs in our community grow, every donation helps us keep the doors open, reach more people, and offer more support to those working toward a sober, healthier life.
When you donate, you are doing far more than supporting a building. You are helping change lives, bring families back together, and create a safer, stronger Chilliwack.
